Everything said here is to be kept in the utmost confidentiality. We ask that you do not share screenshots, text, or any other information you see here that would violate the privacy of someone else.

We ask that you use respectful and encouraging language on this forum. Please do not use vulgar, rude, profane, or offensive language of any kind. Please abstain from posting your political views, as this is a weight loss support forum and not your standard social media platform.  Bullying, shaming, threatening, or trolling of any kind will not be tolerated. Please do not put people down, even in joking. This is a place of encouragement, and people may not share or understand your sense of humor. We also do not tolerate hatred or racism of any kind towards any group of people.
